rehabilitation Centre for patients who have just undergone surgical operations, team Building
activity and for relaxation purposes
Description : The subject site is a holiday resort lot with an approximately rectangular shape. It
has a beautiful beachfront and the frontal strip of the land is flat and lies at approximately 50
meters above the frontage road. Most of the site are, however descending in fairly steep towards
the beach having ocean view at cascading land structure. A footpath leading to the rear portion is
a stretch of beautiful fine sand beach within the Blue Lagoon region.
Buildings : There are 3 blocks of buildings occupying the site , one block of which is at the bottom
fronting the beach has 6 bedrooms with bathrooms attached each , a verandah and a small fish
pond.
The second block sits on the mid-portion of the site is the main building has 3 cascading
levels consists of 7 bedrooms with bathrooms attached, a snooker room, living halls, kitchen, a
meeting room and a mini bar compartment for which have good ocean view at all 3 cascading
levels. The last block which sits on the frontal land is a dormitory has 2 bedrooms with 2 toilets
and 2 meeting rooms.
